Our Story
Born in the small northern community of Fort St John BC, we were always fond of and familiar with the beauty of small towns. Working from town to town, I always wanted a little bit more comfort for my extended stays than that which hotels could provide. After many stays in undesireable or overpriced hotels I came up with the idea of executive short term rentals. in Cold Lake Alberta at one point we were up to 58 different units. The concept was simple. We provided consistent rent to Owners and Landlords, reliable screening and management of clients, we were available after business hours to tenants or owners in the event of wanting to see units or place bookings, and we provided beautiful fully furnished accommodations with exceptional and professional cleaning and maintenance. Fast forward a few years later and we lived and operated business in Whitehorse since 2014 made many amazing connections and friends. We are addicted to providing an amazing service and experience. We are very proud to have grown and expanded all organically.

Less Wear and Tear
Your units will be inspected and professionally cleaned by our in house cleaning staff almost daily. Many landlords are in shock and devastated after a 2 year long tenant moves out and they see the condition of the property and what they have to deal with. Our cleaning staff makes sure the property is always in A+ condition daily. Not only for the guests but for protecting YOUR asset as well
Trust and Safety
Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit monitoring 24/7. Noise Detector devices installed inside each unit which sends an alert to our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level. Smart Locks installed on each door, a new code is generated for each guest and codes are deleted upon checkout
In-House Cleaning Staff
Our entire cleaning staff is hired directly, we do not outsource our cleaning to another company. This enables us to have the most quality control over our cleaning standards and maintain professional level cleanliness after each stay. Our staff is trained to focus on the most miniscule of details because we know how important cleanliness for a user experience, for 5 star reviews, and most importantly to protect the home

We Provide Two Types Of Services
(1) Take your vacancies, design, furnish and then provide them for short term stays to our corporate clients and business travellers
(2) Help you with your existing rentals whereby we can discuss your space and suggest things to potentially adjust to improve your furnishings, advertisements, photography, then we deal with your clients (long or short term) for 15%
